1. How to connect?
Automatically power on when open the charging case, M48 will reconnect to your device automatically after the first time of pairing and use.
2. How to Solve Volume and Charging Issues?
Clean the charging contacts, eartips, and mesh with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
3. How to Solve Connection Issues?
Long tap the earbuds to reset and place the earbuds into the charging case, delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone, then take the earbuds out of the charging case and long tap to power on. Now you can re-pair with your phone.
4. How to Connect Earbuds to Different Bluetooth Devices Separately?
Step 1: Take out one earbud, close the charging cover and connect a bluetooth device.
Step 2: Go to 20 meters away from the first earbud, then take out another earbud from the charging case and connect it to the second device. At this time, the two earbuds are connected to different devices respectively.
Step 3: After use, just put the earphones back into the charging case together, and take them out again to restore the binaural mode.
Note: Opening the charging case without a distance of 20m may result in another earbud being connected to the first device.
